•    We offer exchanges or refunds in the form of store credit (gift cards) only in the case of defective or damaged items.
•    Any defect must be reported within 24 – 48 hours of receiving the order.
•    If an item is identified as defective during our internal quality control checks prior to dispatch, the order will be cancelled and the customer will be informed.

Size-Related Concerns:

•    Exchanges due to size issues are subject to availability of the required size.
•    Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for incorrect size selection. In the case that a requested size is not available, the order will be processed as originally placed. We recommend referring to our size guide carefully before confirming your order.

Additional Information:

•    We strive to present product colours as accurately as possible; however, slight variations may occur due to lighting and fabric dye.
